Frequently Asked Questions

Q: WHY SHOULD WE CHOOSE YOU AS A CHARTER CAPTAIN INSTEAD OF THE OTHERS?

A: Passion, drive, obsession. No one will try as hard as I will to put you and your family/friends on fish.  It’s my goal for you and your family to have the best time possible while on the water with me. Check out what our clients are saying about us (Client Testimonials). We also have the absolute best top of the line equipment available for our clients to use.

Q: IS THERE ANYTHING WE SHOULD BRING ON OUR TRIP?

A: Everything you will need for a great fishing trip is provided for you including your fishing licenses for the day. You may want to bring something to drink or snack on. We do have a good sized cooler on the boat for you to store your drinks/food. You may also want to bring sunblock, sun glasses, and a hat and are welcome to bring your own rod/reel/tackle if you’d like.

Q: CAN WE KEEP WHAT WE CATCH?

A: Yes… Every species of fish has a different size limit and bag limit (species page). As long as it’s legal to keep you are more than welcome to bring it back to the dock where we will filet/clean it for you to take home or to one of the nearby restaurants that will cook it for you.

Q: ARE KIDS ALLOWED ON THE BOAT?

A: We welcome kids of any age to come fishing with us. There is nothing better than seeing a young kid catching their first big fish!

Q: HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN YOU TAKE OUT AT ONE TIME?

A: We can accommodate up to three anglers and the Captain. If you have more than that in your party just let us know and we’ll get it taken care of. If you have a large group or a corporate event we can get additional boats to fit your needs.

Q: I’VE NEVER FISHED BEFORE OR I HAVE LIMITED FISHING EXPERIENCE? CAN YOU STILL TAKE US OUT?

A: Of course! I love having anglers of any skill level from professional to novice on the boat. We will tailor the trip to suit YOUR needs!

Q: WHAT TIME OF THE DAY DO YOU START YOUR TRIPS?

A: It depends on quite a few different things including: weather, tides and  time of year, We will usually set up the day you want to fish and then firm up the time/location a few days before the trip.
